Helpline Details:
The national line is available for anyone who is looking for support or information. Calls are taken in person on Tuesday mornings. At all other times an answerphone is in place. This is checked daily, and calls are normally returned within 24 hours.
The email contact at Orange.fr is usually checked once a day.
We try to re-direct all contacts, whether by telephone or email, to the nearest appropriate Association once the need has been established. We have a small team of dedicated listeners who can be called upon when there is no obvious local Associations. All calls are treated in confidence, and help is without charge.

Library
A growing collection of reference books, catalogues and leaflets is housed at the national office. The latest resource is the Listening Library, which is available to any English-speaking person who is ill at home or in hospital. Any-one who would like to borrow a tape, is of course welcome to do so. Small collections will be made available at the ERI centres in Angouleme and Poitiers, and the Bar Restaurant La Charrette in Benest.
The catalogue is available on our publications page. For more information contact the office in Benest.
